Separate the date from the present
A provider-platform account may describe care at a different point in a clinician's career. Its original date, title, platform, and stated affiliation are part of that account and should not be silently updated.
A RealSelf account associated with Parham Mafi is dated December 2021; the provider profile also shows apspavilion.com. Neither detail identifies the building where this person's procedure took place.
Check what each source establishes
A current official practice page identifies today's team and two Fresno facilities. A source-profile address, or an affiliation attached to an older review, answers a different question about what a platform displayed at that time.
Do not infer that a historical reviewer visited the currently listed Suite 103 or Suite 101 unless the original account says so. Likewise, do not infer a change in employment or facilities from a source label alone.
Use history carefully in a decision
Older accounts can still suggest useful questions about consultation style, communication, or recovery. Verify current provider roles, addresses, and procedure setting directly with the practice before acting on a historical detail.
When comparing reviews, retain the original wording and timestamp and let the account speak within its own era. The present official location page remains the source for planning a new visit.
Questions and answers
Does the 2021 association establish today's office?
No. The historical RealSelf source-era association is separate from the current Mafi location page.
Can I assign that review to a particular surgery center?
Not without that specific fact in the native account; a current facility listing is insufficient.
