A year and a half ago I had a traumatic delivery of my second child leaving me with a massive, uneven vertical scar from my bellybutton down. I came to Mafi for a tummy tuck and some Lipo to correct this. To say I’m happy with my result would be an understatement- I am ecstatic! I have not felt this good about my body composition in over a decade. I am only three weeks out from my surgery but I already look and feel incredible. I came to see Dr Mafi about 2 months ago to speak to him about a rhinoplasty. From start to finish Dr Mafi and his staff have been amazing, and I can’t recommend them enough based on the experience I had. From the moment I arrived at Mafi Plastic Surgery I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism from all the staff. I went in wanting to enhance my looks but keep it natural. Scheduled my consultation with Justine and as we discussed the areas we felt could use a little help I was met with constant reassurance over any worry or fear I felt about the botox and filler. I had some work done by Justine years ago, and I was so in love with the results that when I heard she was now working at Mafi I knew I’d be coming right back to her. After having twins and breastfeeding for almost a year, I never thought that I would truly love my body again. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Mafi for performing an amazing job on my breast implant issue. Around 2014, I had gone to another plastic surgeon whom I thought was the right one to perform my breast augmentation surgery. Boy was I wrong, SMH, not once but twice. The first time my breast implants began to drop after six years so I consulted with him and he promised to not only to reshape them, also to make them smaller since the first time he made them too big and didn't look right with my body size. The second time around, I didn't even notice the difference in size. They looked as same as the first time. I was so disappointed. Another disaster issue was that upon the second surgery, the corner of my right breast was constantly hurting but he kept telling me to massage it. "Really? That's your solution for messing up my breast?" He also left large scars under my breasts, and areola which never healed. This surgeon wouldn't even see his patients after the surgery, he had his PA to follow up. The PA only saw me once after the surgery and that was it. Not even a follow up phone call. SMH. I had enough of him and three years after the second disappointing surgery I had to find the right surgeon to fix the disasterous work of someone else. I did my deep and diligent research and luckly found Dr. MAFI. He passed my test. Please read his references and work experiences. 👌. I made an appointment, met him and his lovely wife. I just wanted to have my breast implants removed and go back to my original B cup size again if possible. Dr. Mafi and his wife listened carefully to all my frustrations and issues and explained the procedure and all possibilities. However, they assured me that I would be happy with the end results. I had to do some pre-op procedures in order to be able to do the surgery. I saw Dr. Mafi and his staff three times prior to my surgery because they are absolutely concerned about the health of the patients to make sure they are in good health condition for the surgery. I mean how many doctors do that anymore these days. WOw. I had my outpatient surgery at St. Agnes, wonderful staff by the way. Dr. Mafi came to see me prior to the surgery, made me feel very comfortable and off to the operating room. I woke up groggy but slept the rest of the day. Honestly, I didn't need any pain medication the next day but my sister forced me to take them anyways. Lol. Yes, I have a very bossy sister. Lol. The following day, I was seen by Dr. Mafi. He checked the breasts, followed up on my medications, advised me what to do and not to do. Saw him again the following week, just to check up on the stitches and see how I was doing. He scolded me for walking too much, since my sister tattletaled on me. Lol, and advised me to rest. Yesterday, Dr. Mafi removed the stitches and when I looked at my breasts, I wanted to cry. He had removed all those ugly scars from the previous butcher job by the other doctor and I swear the current scars are so minimal. I am so so so happy I found Dr. Mafi. He is not only an amazing surgeon, he has amazing bedside manners and truly cares about his patients with utmost compassion. I even observed a few times that he, himself, comes to the waiting room and takes the patient to the visiting room. Seriously, which doctor does that? Dr. Mafi also has wonderful and caring staff working for him. I especially like to thank Mrs. Mafi and Faith for taking such fantastic care of me. Thank you to you all at Mafi plastic surgery center. I couldn't be happier with my surgery and the services.

About a year ago, my sister researched and finally selected Dr. Mafi for a tummy tuck. She was 68 years old. She mentioned that Dr. Mafi took time to walk her through the procedure and then after the surgery his aftercare was excellent. I am 78 years old and recently lost 30 pounds. I acquired a lot of loose skin. I visited two other doctors before selecting Dr. Mafi for my abdominoplasty. I’m very happy with the results. He was very attentive to all my concern, and provided excellent care. I would also like to acknowledge Saint Agnes Surgery Center, what a wonderful staff! Nurses, Sherlyn and Linda plus the anesthesiologist Bill were superstars, kind, and very informative. I highly recommend Dr. Mafi.

I had been looking for a new place to get my facials since my last visit to a Fresno medspa that I will not name (where they burned me with a chemical treatment 😭) and I decided to visit Mafi last week after hearing from a friend. I’m so in love!! Every part of the experience is so professional, clean, and fancy, I felt like a celeb. Tiana (the sweetest and gentlest aesthetician there) treated me with the deluxe hydro facial and my skin has been glowing since. She answered all of my skin care questions and I even left with a new ZO exfoliant and have been using it for one week now. It’s amazing!! I even feel like it has lifted my scar/hyperpigmentation from where the last medspa burned me. Thank God I found this place because I feel so much more confident and secure with their treatment! 5/5 stars!!!

The office is new, very clean, and the staff is awesome. My visit was with Tiana. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and is a specialized skin expert. She gave me recommendations as to which products would work best for my skin and she was absolutely right! Dr. Mafi is hands down the best. I’m so so so happy that I found him and went through with getting my boobs done. The picture on the left is starting, and right is after 3 months. My boobs look super natural and perfect! My recovery time with super fast and know that has to do with his techniques. I was able to resume working out (with listening to my body) after 3 weeks, which was super important to me. I cannot recommend Dr. Mafi enough. I had a single left mastectomy, which made my body and appearance unbalanced although I had a prosthetic (a little heavy and uncomfortable to wear). Dr. Mafi did a great job and helped to give me my confidence back and a balance with having 2 breasts again. He also did a lift on my right breast to help complete the balance. I had no time between my cancer diagnosis and surgery date, so didn’t get to research a plastic surgeon. I went with my breast surgeon’s recommendation of Dr. Mafi. I’m so happy I did. Day one, I went from high stress to NO stress. His office got me in quickly. He gave me all the time to ask my questions and I did not feel rushed in anyway. He is kind, explained things thoroughly and his goal for the end “Product” is the patient’s goal. I felt listened to and my surgery went great. I’m healing well, and couldn’t be happier with my team here in Fresno.

Dr. Mafi literally changed my life. After a horrific situation while delivering my daughter, I went through two rounds of a wound vac and it left me disfigured on my stomach with a nice scar separating my stomach down the middle (good luck finding clothes to hide it, let alone pretend to be confident). He took on me on as a patient and I was ecstatic. I know plastic surgeons are amazing, I just didn’t understand HOW incredible their talents are. Dr. Mafi is one of a kind. He took so much time and care to make me feel at peace going into surgery, and his attention after the procedure through my healing process was truly amazing. He even reconstructed my stomach to have a belly button again. To be able to look at myself in the mirror each day and not be physically reminded of 6 darks months in my life is priceless beyond words. Dr. Mafi is an incredibly talented surgeon, but even more, a stand-up man who truly cares about his patients. I cannot thank him enough for what he has given back to me in confidence and life!

I have had several procedures done with Dr. Mafi and he does great work. He knows all the latest procedures and is honest about what you can expect. He addresses any potential issues right away. I plan to go back for more procedures at a later date. My surgery was so easy and I don’t think I ever had pain after the procedure. He really listened to me. I get post operative nausea and vomiting he and his staff took care to make sure when I woke up from surgery I felt good. I was comfortable and felt well enough to relax with no nausea.
