From the front desk staff, medical assistants, and pre-op team to the OR, recovery, anesthesia staff, nurse practitioner, and, of course, Dr. Mafi, every member of your team played a role in making me feel supported, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
As a nurse, becoming the patient is not easy. You notice everything, from the strengths to the opportunities for improvement, and you experience healthcare from an entirely different perspective. What stood out most was how seamlessly your team worked together, always keeping me, the patient, at the center of every interaction.
Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, encouragement, and positivity during such a vulnerable time. The reassuring words, meaningful conversations, and thoughtful gestures made a lasting impression and contributed greatly to my overall experience.
