Dr. Mafi literally changed my life. After a horrific situation while delivering my daughter, I went through two rounds of a wound vac and it left me disfigured on my stomach with a nice scar separating my stomach down the middle (good luck finding clothes to hide it, let alone pretend to be confident). He took on me on as a patient and I was ecstatic. I know plastic surgeons are amazing, I just didn’t understand HOW incredible their talents are. Dr. Mafi is one of a kind. He took so much time and care to make me feel at peace going into surgery, and his attention after the procedure through my healing process was truly amazing. He even reconstructed my stomach to have a belly button again. To be able to look at myself in the mirror each day and not be physically reminded of 6 darks months in my life is priceless beyond words. Dr. Mafi is an incredibly talented surgeon, but even more, a stand-up man who truly cares about his patients. I cannot thank him enough for what he has given back to me in confidence and life!
