Mafi Plastic Surgery Reviews — How to choose among Med Spa facials

Which facial addresses my concern without extra steps I do not need?

Start with an assessment

Mafi lists Hydrafacial in Signature, Deluxe and Platinum tiers, a customized facial, VI Peels and postoperative manual lymphatic drainage. Those are different services, not levels of one universal facial. Describe what you want to change and which products or treatments have previously irritated your skin. Ask the esthetician what the assessment actually found.

Compare included steps

Ask which cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, booster, light treatment or massage steps are included in a named package and why each is proposed. A customized facial should be explained as a plan based on your skin, not merely a longer menu. Postoperative drainage belongs to the surgeon-guided recovery conversation rather than routine cosmetic facial shopping.

Consider the full visit

Discuss the expected appearance later that day, product recommendations, sun protection and whether repeat visits are suggested. Ask for the price of the exact tier and each optional add-on. If the concern is persistent pigment, acne or a lesion, ask whether a medical evaluation is more appropriate than another facial.

Avoid automatic add-ons

If an optional booster, light treatment or extraction is suggested, ask what it addresses and whether it changes irritation, time or cost. A simpler facial may be enough for the concern identified at the visit.

Questions and answers

Is Platinum Hydrafacial required to get a facial?

No. Ask which Hydrafacial tier or entirely different service fits the assessed concern.

Should postoperative drainage be booked like an ordinary facial?

No. Ask the surgical team whether and when it belongs in your recovery plan.
